As part of this application, please ask an individual to prepare a letter of recommendation who can clearly describe you as a person and can support your educational goals. Include this letter with your application when you mail it back to THE SUNSHINE BROOKS FOUNDATION.

The letter should include:

The capacity in which the individual writing the letter knows you.

How long the individual has known you?

The individuals relationship with you.

The individual's name, title, and profession.

The individuals personal/professional impressions of you, including academic potential, your personal/characteristics and quality of work. Special interests or accomplishments.
